How it works

Three steps to your song

Lyrics and music are made right here on the page, in two sound directions. You can preview both in full before you pay; a watermark runs over them. Watch it happen or close the page: as soon as the song is ready, we send you an email.

  1. Name and language

Tell us who it is for and which language to sing in. One small personal story is optional.

  2. Lyrics and music are made

From your details Songmania writes the lyrics and sets them to music twice, in two sound directions. You get to hear both right here.

  3. Buy it and keep it

If you like what you hear, you buy one version or both. The purchase takes the watermark off: a clean MP3 to download and give away.

  • About you, not about winter

Winter imagery shows up, but it serves the people in the song rather than the other way round.

  • Sounds like a standard

Sleigh bells, warm piano, upright bass, choir vocals in the chorus. Only newly written.

  • Four moods to pick from

Cosy, festive, funny or nostalgic. The difference is clearly audible.

Common questions

What you may want to know first

Can it be about the whole family?
Yes, enter the family name. "The Bergers" works just as well as a first name.
Is it religious?
Not by default. If you want it to be, say so in the free text field.
Can I play it over dinner?
Exactly that. Download it and keep it on your phone.
When should I make it?
Whenever. Lyrics and music take a few minutes together, and there's nothing to order in advance.
